The Scholastic Motivation Ministries (SMM) Achievers Hall of Fame is intended to highlight saved young people up to the age of 25 for exemplary performance in academics, community service and church leadership. Nominees will be awarded in three categories:
Teen Category: 15-18
Young Adult Category: 19-22
Aspiring Professional: 23-25
ACHIEVERS HALL OF FAME CRITERIA
Completed Pastor's Reference Form
3 Letters of Recommendation (There should be one letter from each of the three categories - Church leader, school/university teacher or official, and community service)
Copy of school transcript
Photo of applicant (Photos will not be returned.)
Completion of the Application Essay (Not to exceed 1,000 words)
