ALERT ALERT ALERT
To all Bible Bowlers:
As you know it is growing close to the time when we all meet in Tampa, FL. As always I look forward to seeing all you again. Here are few things you need to know.
1. This year we will only have one room that will only seat 125 people, which means:
a. All teams need to be registered with the convention and have badges on before they can compete. You need to get your badges on Monday or early Tuesday morning.
b. We will not have the time for all teams to have a practice round. We will go
over the rules and test he equipment from 9am to 10:15, Tuesday, June 30th.
c. We will have to start competition on Tuesday, June 30th at 10:30 sharp.
d. We may have to go pass 12 Noon on Wednesday & Thursday.
e. Even though you may not know the names of the team members at this time, I need for each coach to send an e-mail A S A P, stating that you will have either a junior or senior team and/or both. This will help to determine the number of teams we will have and how many questions will be needed.
2. The rounds will be shorter. At this time I can’t say how many questions will be in
each round. It will be announced before competition starts.
We will need everyone’s cooperation. In the early years we had rooms that would only seat 25 and we had empty seats. Look where the Lord has brought us from. I know that we will have a glorious time in Tampa, FL
By the way, if anyone knows of any people in Tampa working with the Local AIM Committee that have a heart for the Bible Bowl, please let me know or tell them to get in touch with me.
SEE YOU ALL IN TAMPA, FL
